AUTHENTICITY

Where do you source your items?

Our items are sourced through companies and auction houses that are registered and licensed by the Japanese government. These companies are affiliated with the Association Against Counterfeit Product Distribution (AACD), so you can be 100% assured that all the curated pieces are genuine.

Customers can always be assured of getting the best shopping experience in terms of our products and personal service. We believe that authenticity is important in the luxury resale industry, thus every item we receive is subject to a strict authentication process. We have our in-house experienced team who inspect each item that comes to us. We are also able to provide email confirmation from third party professional authenticator stating opinion of authenticity/non-authenticity at an additional cost upon request.

INCLUSIONS AND CONDITIONS

Please note that items may not have complete inclusions like Original Box, Dustbag, Cards or Receipt. Pre-owned or pre-loved means that the item has led a previous life, has been previously owned and cared for, however may tell its story through minor imperfections. Unless otherwise stated, they may not be in absolutely flawless condition. We include close-up and very detailed pictures and give accurate written descriptions. As all sales are final and returns are not possible (please refer to our return policy),  please check the photos carefully and please do not hesitate to email us if you have any questions.

CONDITION RATING

To assist with your assessment and to provide peace of mind - condition ratings have been established as follows:

New (Unused or New from store)

Excellent (Preowned with minimal signs of use, overall like new)

Great (Preowned with signs of use)

Good (Preowned with signs of use and wear as described)

Vintage Preowned (condition consistent with age, specific use or wear condition as described)

COLOUR DISCLAIMER

Please note actual colours may vary and can look different in real-life and different lighting situations versus what you see on your computer monitor. 

This is due to the fact that every computer monitor has a different capability to display colours and that everyone sees these colours differently. We try to edit our photos to show the products as close to actual as possible, but please understand the actual colour may vary slightly from your monitor.

SCARVES

Is my scarf clean and ready to be used?

Absolutely! Unless it is specifically noted in our listing description (ie: brand new item or in an unused condition) the pre-loved wool/cashmere scarves will have been carefully cleaned by our trusted Regal Drycleaners, Auckland's Premium Garment Care Specialist prior to listing in the website.

AUSTRALIA ORDERS

Will I be charged any duties/taxes?

Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and those charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. 

• For goods with a value equal to or less than AUD1,000 there are generally no duties, taxes or charges to pay. 
• For goods with a value over AUD1,000 you will be required to pay all relevant duties, taxes and other charges, including an import processing charge.
